- Cancellation Policy: A $45 fee will be applied if cancellation occurs within 24 hours or less prior to booked date.
- Dog Walking/ Pet sitting: an extra $5.00 per each additional dog living in the same household will be charged per each day services are performed
- Cat Care: a $3 per extra cat living in the same household will be charged for cat care per each day services are performed
- Puppy Care: a $5.00 extra will be charged for per additional puppy living at the same household perr each day services are performed
- Holidays, last minute calls and after hours: $5 fee will be applied to dog walking, pet sitting, cat care services, puppy care, after 5pm
$5 fee will be applied to last minute service requests (24 hours or less prior service)
$10 fee will be applied to the following holidays: Thanksgiving day (Thu – Sun), Christmas (24-26), New year’s (Dec 31st to Jan 2), Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor day.
- Refunds: no refunds are accepted if services have been provided
- Time frame window: A 30 mins time frame window after a scheduled time is allowed for sitters during a visit, considering traffic delays or other inconvenients that could arise and are out of our control. However, sitter will contact client and support if lateness exceeds 30 minutes window after scheduled time
- Meet and greet appointments: A meet and greet appointment with client and pet (s) is required before rendering any service. During this visit, client, pet (s) and sitter, will evaluate each other to determine a succesful relationship, discuss pets routine details, access to the house, visit times, key instructions, etc. Sassy paws Inc, reserves the right of rejecting an extremely aggressive pet. If any severe aggression signs are shown by the pet, the pet will be automatically disqualified for getting services.
- Privacy Policy: We do not share your email or personal information with other parties. We encourage you to join our mailing list so we can contact you with news, specials or health tips.
- Pet photography release: At your meet and greet session you will be asked for permission to use pictures of your pet (s) for marketing material purposes. However, as pet owner you have the right to deny any authorization for said purpose by not signing the pet photography release form.
